Where to Apply: Place on the upper arm, shoulder, or any hairless, dry area of skin. Hold firmly with your palm for 5 seconds to seal the adhesive bond.

Wear Time: Leave in place for 24 to 36 hours before changing. You can safely wear up to 2 patches at a time if needed.

Daily Max: Do not exceed 70mg of total CBD per day.
