Full Spectrum Hemp Extract + Hemp Seed Oil
Suggested Serving:
1-2 drops of CBD oil, 2-3 times per day. Ideally, within 30 minutes of eating a meal, to maximise absorption.
Start low, then gradually increase if necessary (dose can vary depending on the person). Hold the CBD oil drops under the tongue for at least one minute before swallowing. Shake before use. Each bottle contains approximately 200 drops of CBD oil.

What is 10% CBD oil?
10% CBD Oil is an oil that contains 10% cannabidiol. In a 10ml bottle, this equates to 1000mg of CBD, or 3000mg in a 30ml bottle. The other 90% is normally a carrier oil, such as hempseed oil, and a range of other cannabinoids and terpenes.
Is CBD oil 10% expensive?
While the upfront cost of CBD oil 10% may seem a lot, when you think of the daily expense, it is actually quite affordable. At a dose of 15mg per day, our full spectrum 10% CBD Oil costs just 56 pence per day. Less than a cup of coffee!
Can you take too much 10% CBD Oil?
While CBD is non-toxic and generally safe for regular consumption, the UK FSA do not recommend exceeding 70mg of CBD per day. 70 mg of CBD is approximately 14 drops of our full spectrum 10% CBD oil.
What is full spectrum CBD oil?
Full spectrum CBD oil is a CBD oil made using a whole plant hemp extract that contains all of its naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids. This type of whole plant CBD extract is renowned for having more potent effects than highly processed, pure CBD oil 10%.
Our 10% CBD oil is a full spectrum CBD oil and contains less than 0.05% THC.
What is a whole plant hemp extract?
A whole plant hemp extract is essentially the same as a full spectrum CBD extract - it is non-selective and contains all of the hemp plant's cannabinoids and terpenes. The resulting CBD oil 10% is rich in natural cannabis essential oils from the whole plant.
What are the key benefits of 10% CBD oil?
Full spectrum cbd oil is generally used to support general health and everyday wellbeing with its subtle calming effects. A few drops of CBD oil 10% can influence the endocannabinoid system, which regulates many aspects such as mood, memory, pain and sleep.
However, full spectrum CBD oil 10% is also available in medicine form for a range of medical conditions. If you intend to use CBD oil 10% for medical issues, it's best to speak with a medical professional.
Can I use CBD oil with CBD patches?
While CBD oil can be used while using CBD patches, we recommend using them individually to gain an accurate perspective of their effects, optimal results, and avoid taking too much.
Is 10% CBD Oil strong?
Yes, 10% CBD oil contains 1000 mg of CBD per bottle and is considered strong, especially for beginners. But it is also used by experienced users. Our strongest available is 25% CBD oil.
How long does CBD oil 10% last?
The effects of a dose of CBD oil 10% typically last approximately 2-6 hours, depending on various factors. This is why it is recommended to use it 2-3 times per day.
What extraction method do you use for your CBD oil?

Is 10% CBD Oil legal in the UK?
Yes, 10% CBD oil is legal in the UK as long as it contains non-detectable levels of THC.
Is CBD oil safe for everyone?

I’ve been using CBD oil for almost two years now so have tried quite a few. In general I’ve found the ‘thicker’ oils to work better than the lighter ones, so was pleased to find the Brown’s oil to be of the thicker variety. I’ve only been using it a couple of weeks but have already noticed two things: firstly, I’m not needing as great a dose to achieve the desired result (even though I’ve always purchased the same strength) and secondly, I’m getting a deeper, more restful sleep.
