Ingredients:
Full Spectrum Hemp Extract + Hemp Seed Oil
Suggested Serving:
1-2 drops of CBD oil, 2-3 times per day. Ideally, within 30 minutes of eating a meal, to maximise absorption.
Start low, then gradually increase if necessary (dose can vary depending on the person). Hold the CBD oil drops under the tongue for at least one minute before swallowing. Shake before use. Each bottle contains approximately 200 drops of CBD oil.
Instructions:
Shake the bottle well before every use.
Apply the drops under the tongue and hold for at least one minute before swallowing - the longer, the better.
Wash down the oil with a drink.

What is 20% CBD Oil?
20% CBD oil is an oil that contains 20% cannabidiol. In a 10ml bottle, this equates to 2000mg of CBD. The other 80% is normally a carrier oil, such as organic hemp seed oil, and a range of other cannabinoids and terpenes. In a 30ml bottle, 20% CBD oil contains 6000 mg of CBD.
Is 20% CBD oil expensive?
While the upfront cost of CBD oil seems expensive, at a dose of 20mg per day, our 20% CBD Oil costs 67 pence per day. We think that is very affordable!
How much CBD oil can I take?
CBD oil is recognised as safe for regular consumption and non-toxic, however, the Food Standards Agency does not recommend exceeding 70mg of CBD per day. 70mg of CBD = 7 drops of our 20% oil.
What is full spectrum CBD oil?
Full spectrum CBD oil is a type of CBD oil that retains all of the cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids that are naturally present in the cannabis plant. This gives the CBD oil a wider range of potential benefits than broad spectrum CBD or oils made with CBD isolate.
Our 20% oil is full spectrum CBD oil (less than 0.05% THC), and is an excellent CBD oil for supporting health and well being.
What is broad spectrum CBD oil?
Broad spectrum CBD oil is processed to completely eliminate all traces of THC, and in the process, other supporting cannabinoids and terpenes are reduced or removed. Broad spectrum oil is normally less effective than full spectrum CBD oil.
Can 20 percent CBD oil be used with other CBD products?
Yes, people often combine 20% CBD oil with other CBD products such as CBD patches. But it is always best to use CBD products individually first.
Are CBD capsules better than CBD oil 20%?
CBD Capsules have similar benefits to our 20% full spectrum CBD oil, however, they can take a bit longer to 'kick in'. Both products can be effective and it mainly comes down to personal preference.
What is the entourage effect?
The entourage effect describes how various compounds found in the cannabis plant, such as other cannabinoids, essential oils and flavonoids can interact with each other to enhance the overall efficacy of the product. Our CBD products and best CBD oil are made with organically grown hemp and retain as much of the plant as possible.
Is 20% CBD oil high strength?
Yes, 20% CBD oil is a high strength CBD product, containing a high concentration of CBD (2000 mg) and is more suitable for experienced users. If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with either our 5% or 10% CBD oil.
What are the main benefits of 20% CBD oil?
20% CBD oil is normally used to help with mood, calmness and relaxation. Many of our customers look for CBD oil to help with aspects such as pain, stress and anxiety, but as our products are food supplements we cannot promote them for medical issues.

(RLS) Restless leg Syndrome
RLS can drive you “insane”, night after night not being able to sleep due to the constant urge to move and twitch your legs. By no means i get it as bad as some people. A quality product that delivers for me
I use CBD mainly for insomnia. I first tried it with a good mainstream 5% isolate to see if it would help, and it did.
At that point I researched more deeply and wanted to go with a full spectrum product in the long term. This lead me to Browns and I’m very glad it did. Their products are very high quality, for me their efficacy is proven, they are a reliable company and if you are a regular CBD user they represent good value for money.
I was initially using a very small amount of 5% in the daytime and a larger amount of 10% overnight. However once I was happy with the correct amount I needed to keep me asleep it was clear that 20% is the better option, it is cheaper, I need to order less often, and it is convenient to take fewer drops.
I have now settled down into a routine with CBD. My relationship with sleep has been transformed, I sleep very well and I’m not stressed as bedtime approaches. I also wake up well rather than come around after a load of coffee – which is important. As added benefits, I feel calmer, I seem to snack less in the evening and, randomly, I feel my skin health has improved noticeably.

Best CBD for pain I’ve had yet
I’ve tried a few CBD products to help me sit/sleep when sciatica pain flares up, and this has been a godsend. I often wake up in the night unable to lie still, twitching and squirming in bed in pain. 3 or 4 drops of the stuff, and within 20-30 minutes, the pain is still kind of there but its almost disengaged from my body, and I can get comfy enough to sleep through. The product and value is amazing and I love it HOWEVER, when you are paying a lot of money for liquid gold the last thing you want is for it to be leaking everywhere. I’ve tried a few oils and this may be the best but there’s very little difference. It helps a bit with relaxation and mood for mild pain but not for anything more severe. The main problem with all these products is the absence of the main active ingredient, so ‘full spectrum’ is a bit leading to disappointment and probably shouldn’t be used, though everybody does. I obviously knew what I was getting but hoped for a bit more zing and zen.
